Western blot analysis of Rad50 was performed by loading ~300,000 cell equivalents per lane in 1X LDS reducing sample buffer (Product # NP0007) and molecular weight ladder onto a 3-8% Tris-Acetate protein gel (Product # EA0375BOX). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane at 100 mA overnight. Membrane was blocked in 5% milk/TBST for 1 hour. Rad50 was detected using a polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-16531) diluted 1:2000 at 4°C, overnight. Membrane was then probed with anti-rabbit secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000.
